What is quality? One definition states: «Quality is the continuous fulfilment of all predetermined and agreed requirements» (see article p. 14). As part of our ISO 9001:2000 certification, we have not only analysed and described all our operating procedures, but have also given a great deal of thought to the concept of quality.
