MeteoSwiss operates a comprehensive range of measurement systems to record the status of numerous weather indices both at ground level and in the atmosphere on a continuous basis. The latest data can be called up in the form of measurement values at meteorological stations. For Saharan dust events, the most recent information is displayed in a notification.
Numerous satellite images can also be accessed. These show the meteorological processes in the atmosphere, and the development of cloud cover.
