The weather service MeteoSchweiz is providing the climate normals of different measured parameters as well as the corresponding climate diagrams for all measuring stations with long-time series of measurements. The details are summarised in table format per station for the normal periods from 1961-2990 and 1981-2010.
Climate diagrams and normals per station
The periodic processing of newly emerged inhomogeneities in the data series can result in altered climate normals for some stations at the beginning of the new year. The processing status can be gathered from the individual documents.
Climate diagrams – climate at a glance
Climate diagrams are a graphic representation of the normal temperature and precipitation values. The monthly daily temperature averages are written with bold red letters, while the monthly maximum and minimum temperature averages are indicated with red letters. The monthly total amount of precipitation is shown with blue bars.
